These sessions invite you to discover your creativity, get moving and improve your performance skills whilst having fun and meeting new people. Led by one of Protein's professional dancers, the classes include a physical and vocal warm up and elements of contemporary dance technique, all exploring themes from Protein’s repertoire of work.
